I have been working on this box for the better part of the day. It’s so dreary and rainy again. During my travels yesterday, I came across this really cute little box idea.
You can view the video on how to fold this box Here
When folding the box, I made sure the paper design was on the outside. You’ll see what I mean when you start folding it. This is a small box and I started with a 6×6 piece of paper. You don’t want the paper to be very heavy, something like Bazzill. I used K&CoMPANY and it was just the right weight.
The larger Spider Web piece on top I cut 3×3. I used the MS Edge Web Punch, you are then left with square corners so I trimmed them off. My smaller yellow piece is a 2×2 used a corner punch. And I also inked it with some orange ink. The flower is a Recollections flower, I added some glass Micro Beads to it. The little flourishes are from a Cricut Cartridge (gasp) LOL, Cindy Loo. The bat is also made from another PC product, I was upstairs crafting and did not feel like booting up my laptop downstairs to cut a file. LOL
Applied DoodleBug Design Sugar Coating to the bats wings, Beetle Black Glitter.
Made some yellow bows for the outside flaps of the box. I punched out 8 web corners and tucked them inside the flaps.
The Trick or Treat square I cut at 1 5/8.
I hope you try it, they are a lot of fun.
