This is my second project using Scrappy Dew’s
Independence Kids.
. Created this card for my MIL, from my son.
I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder for the white mat and 4 different colors of Stickles for the bursts and stars.
My card started out as a flag card and then took another turn, LOL I created the star border in MTC using basic shapes and stars. I do have a 4th of July paper stack somewhere but I could not find it! I’m missing some paper after I rearranged my room.
This is the back, still using the same set of Tim Holtz embossing folders.

Oh my goodness Michelle! Another Masterpiece! That is probably the most adorable 4th of July card I have ever seen! Love, love, love it!

I purchased the file yesterday. Did you re-size the cuts smaller? If so to what size?

I made the card last year, wish I could remember. LOL What I do is, lay out my design in my cutting software. This way I know things will fit when I cut them. For example, say I’m creating a card 4.25 by 5.5, I place that size shape on my mat, re-size and place all my piecings on the card shape, then cut. You spend a bit more time in prep, but you know everything will fit.
Happy Fourth to you!! I’m happy you liked my card.
